Cancellation Policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons.

The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you (not the forwarder) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (V Like Vintage GmbH, Tesdorpfstrasse 20, 20148 Hamburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 40 4104023 / marketing@v-like-vintage.net) of your decision to cancel the contract in the form of an unambiguous written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail). You can use the attached specimen cancellation form, however this is not compulsory.

To comply with the cancellation deadline, all you need to do is send your notification of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we are required to refund any payments received from you , including shipping costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of you opting for a shipping method other than our standard, best-priced shipping method)   without delay within 14 days from the date on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract. To action this refund we shall use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless another method of payment is expressly agreed with you.  You will definitely not be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We are entitled to delay any refund until the goods have been returned to us or you have documented that you have returned the goods to us, whichever occurs first.

a) You are obliged to return or consign the goods to us or to [….] definitely no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about cancelling the contract. The deadline is complied with if you send the goods before expiry of the 14-day period.

b) You are responsible for covering any direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only required to pay for any loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value can be attributed to inappropriate handling whilst checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
